Your Dedicated Advisor
The Managing Partner operates every moving piece of Ascend and serves as the dedicated advisor for each athlete personally — your single, senior point of accountability across the entire process. You are advised by leadership, never junior staff.
Opportunity & Advocacy
The network, the name, and the resume to open doors. Active relationships with coaches and GMs across junior, college, and pro hockey in North America and Europe put Ascend athletes in front of the people who make decisions.
Development & Mentorship
A dedicated team of current and former professional hockey players building your game through video analysis, position-specific feedback, hockey IQ, off-ice strength & conditioning, and recurring 1-on-1 mentorship.

Educate about options for the following season
Discuss programs, academic options, living arrangements, and coaching staffs
Determine the best option and help secure spot for the following season
Assist with admissions and financial aid (when applicable)
Prepare and market player to USHL organizations for Phase I/II Draft
Assist with all CHL recruitment for OHL, QMJHL, and WHL pertaining to drafts, free agency, and camp invites
Assist with NLI process
Market athlete to NCAA programs
Help prepare the player and family for the possibility of NTDP Evaluation Camp invitation
Assist with letters of intent, verbal commitments, and contracts
Assist with player transfers to and from any federation
Market players to CHL organizations for each respective league draft
Assist players with opportunities for free agency and training camp invites
Help navigate cuts, trades, and other roster transactions
Act as intermediary between organization and player
Manage college process and facilitate conversations
